Repairs & Resizing

  • Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item purchased on, at no charge to you, within the first 60 days of receipt of purchase. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain.
  • This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. Items will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style, plus shipping.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a piece sold by Tesoro Fine Jewelry, LLC.
